If your client says, "We need that in Word," we have you covered!
At Visual Management we are graphic designers that know how to style Word templates and Word documents.

Just contact us and we will take care of it for you.

Anything you create in InDesign we can build in Microsoft Word.
How we create your Word templates
We follow your client's brand PRECISELY
We know your client's brand has been carefully created. We follow the brand colours and typefaces, as per your style guide, ensuring consistency throughout all of the Word templates and Word documents.
We understand DESIGN
Technically correct Word templates EVERY TIME
Our Word templates work precisely as they should because they are not bloated with extraneous styles. Your client will love the Word templates we create.
We only use local designers EXCLUSIVELY
Convert your InDesign documents ACCURATELY
We create Word templates that are TINY
Here are just a few of the custom Word templates we have created recently…
Here is our process…
We obtain a brief from you
Your quote
We will quote you on your project and explain what needs to be done in detail. We will also suggest any Word 'additions' you could be using in your template that would make it easier for your client.
Sending us your InDesign artwork
Once the quote is approved, we allocate a Dropbox area for logos, photos and other brand collateral. We will follow your artwork exactly; there is not much we can't do in Word. :)
Word template construction
We build the Word template or Word document and thoroughly test the document on PC and Mac, and only once it is error-free will we send it to you for approval.
